Clay County Public Health Center has been a member of the Northland Health Alliance since it was founded in 2014. The alliance brings together local health organizations, like hospitals, health departments and more to improve health and quality of life in the area.
Every three years, CCPHC helps the NHA publish an updated Community Health Assessment and Community Health Improvement Plan. During the most recent cycle, the NHA identified three new priorities that the group is currently working to improve: Access to Healthy Food, Access to Mental/Behavioral Health, and Access to Transportation.
