Mental Health Services at Clay County Public Health Center

Through partnership with Tri-County Mental Health Services, we are now able to offer mental health support right here at the health center.

Who is Eligible


To qualify to receive mental health services at Clay County Public Health Center, you must be a WIC participant OR a Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center patient who lives in Clay, Platte or Ray County.

Services Offered


The community-based clinician at Clay County Public Health Center is available to provide many different kinds of mental health support, including but not limited to:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• Mood disorders
• Trauma-related disorders
• Chronic mental health disorders

If interested, let your provider know at your next appointment with WIC or Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center.

After talking to your provider and/or the clinician, you may be referred to other services that Tri-County Mental Health Services offers. These include substance use treatment, employment services, older adult services and more.
