Clay County Public Health Center offers appointments for Novavax. Things to know:

  • You must be 12 years or older.
  • You must not have received any doses of any other COVID vaccines.
  • Novavax is a 2 dose series where you will get the second dose 3-8 weeks after the first.
  • Like with other COVID vaccines, you can get Novavax along with other vaccines (flu, Tdap, etc).
  • Do not get a Novavax vaccine if you have previously had a serious reaction to a dose of Novavax vaccine or any of its components.
  • As with the other COVID vaccines, a person must wait 15-30 minutes after getting their vaccine before leaving the clinic.
