Private Sewage Disposal Systems
Treatment and disposal systems under 3000 gallons are permitted and inspected by the Environmental Health Protection Division. The Environmental Health Protection Division performs site approvals, reviews plans, issues onsite sewage construction and repair permits, conducts construction inspections and performs complaint investigations.
